HC Coils designs and manufactures bespoke dry air coolers for applications where reliable, energy-efficient heat rejection is essential. Every unit is engineered to your specific duty, site constraints and performance requirements. Our dry coolers use finned-tube heat exchangers with axial fans to reject heat from a closed-loop fluid circuit to ambient air. They require no water, no chemical treatment and minimal maintenance — making them the preferred choice for data centres, industrial process cooling, and commercial HVAC systems. We offer a range of configurations including V-coil, flat-coil, and multi-row designs, with EC or AC fan options to suit noise, efficiency and control requirements. All units are built in our UK facility with full quality control and short lead times.
