    Our high-performance hot water air heating coils are engineered for use in air conditioning systems and process heating applications. Designed to operate with L.P.H.W., M.P.H.W., H.P.H.W., or low-grade hot water from heat pumps and renewable energy sources, these coils deliver efficient, reliable thermal performance across a wide range of environments.

    High-Quality Construction

    Every coil is built using premium materials and precision engineering:

    • Seamless drawn copper tubes (EN12735-2 standard)
    • Aluminium fins with die-formed, self-spacing collars
    • Mechanically expanded tube-to-fin bonding for maximum heat transfer
    • Silver-brazed copper return bends and tubular headers
    • BSP(M) flow and return connections
    • Integrated air vents and drain sockets
    • Heavy-gauge galvanised steel casing for strength and durability
    • Tube end plates designed with collared holes to accommodate thermal expansion and prevent damage

    Rigorous Testing

    All coils undergo rigorous pressure testing to ensure safety and durability:

    • Pressure tested to a minimum of 17 barG
    • Tested using dry compressed air under water
    • Optimised performance verified before despatch

    Optional Features

    Fin Material — Polyester Coated Aluminium fins are available to give protection in certain aggressive environments. Alternatively, plain copper or tinned copper fins are available.

    High Pressure — for positive pressure or high pressure ducted systems, boxed ends should be specified to enclose headers and return bends, and minimise air leakage.

    Tube & Fin Options — 1/2" O.D. tube with fin spacing from 4 mm to 2.1 mm. 5/8" O.D. tube with fin spacing from 6 mm to 2.1 mm.

    Common Questions — Hot Water Heating Coils

    LPHW (low pressure hot water) coils typically operate below 90 °C flow temperature. MPHW (medium pressure hot water) coils operate at higher temperatures and pressures. Both are manufactured to the same standard — the design pressure and temperature determine the construction specification.
