Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Factory Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting the production process through various manual tasks, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and assisting with the smooth operation of the factory. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking steady employment within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly of products according to specified standards
• Operate basic machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct quality checks on finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow health and safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of materials and use of personal protective equipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new employees
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate loads
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in an industrial setting is beneficial but not essential
