Founded in Fareham
HC Coils was established in Fareham, Hampshire, specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke heat exchange coils for the HVAC industry.
Expanding Product Range
Grew capabilities to include dry air coolers, adiabatic coolers and industrial cooling solutions. Invested in CNC machinery and expanded the engineering team.
Sector Diversification
Extended into data centres, food processing, healthcare and industrial process cooling.
New Purpose-Built Factory
Moved to our purpose-built, multi-million-pound manufacturing facility on Faraday Business Park, Fareham. Significantly expanded production capacity with new Amada press brakes.
Acquired by Bergman & Beving
HC Coils was acquired by Bergman & Beving AB, a Swedish listed industrial group. With over 70 employees and strong profitability, HC Coils joins the Core Solutions division — bringing new resources while preserving the bespoke, customer-focused approach that has defined the company for over 40 years.
