We request the presence of a service engineer to investigate and rectify, where possible, the reported fault.

I/We agree to provide a representative on site with the authority to approve or authorise any work carried out at no cost to Heating and Cooling Coil Products Ltd.

I/We recognise that if the fault is due to incorrect installation, site damage (whether mechanical or environmental) or lack of proper maintenance, I/We will be responsible for the full cost of the repair.

Our standard charges are:
£55.50 per hour per engineer (travel time and site time) + £0.75 per mile (return trip) + VAT

As per Building Regulations L2 (access for maintenance), please ensure that provisions are made to gain access to site and equipment to avoid costs for aborted visits. Equipment containing refrigerants covered by F-gas legislation must be made safe to work on by competent personnel at no cost to HC Coils.
