We are delighted to announce that HC Coils has been working alongside SVV Media to produce a series of professionally filmed videos that take customers behind the scenes at our Fareham manufacturing facility.

For many of our customers, a heat exchange coil arrives as a finished, precision-engineered product. What is rarely seen is the process behind it: the plate work, the fin blocks, the brazing, the pressure testing and the meticulous quality checks that every unit passes through before it leaves our factory. These films are designed to change that, giving specifiers, consultants and contractors a genuine insight into how our machines operate and how our teams work.

Filming took place across the shop floor over several days, capturing our Amada press brake and Bystronic laser cutting equipment in action, alongside the skilled operators who run them. The SVV Media team worked carefully around live production, ensuring that day-to-day manufacturing continued uninterrupted while the detail of each process was recorded in high resolution.

The most striking sequences came from the air. Working under full site safety controls, a drone was flown across the facility to capture sweeping aerial footage of the buildings, the yard and the material flow between our production halls. The result is a genuinely impressive perspective on the scale of the operation and one that simply cannot be achieved from ground level.

The finished films will be published across our website and social channels over the coming weeks, covering our manufacturing capability, our testing procedures and the people behind the products. We would like to thank the team at SVV Media for their professionalism throughout the shoot, and our own production staff for accommodating cameras, tripods and drones alongside a busy manufacturing schedule.
