Chilled Water Glycol Plant — Scotland

HC Coils was commissioned to design and manufacture a large-scale chilled water glycol cooling plant for a facility in Scotland. The project required over 30 individual glycol coolers across a mix of configurations — floor mounted, dual discharge and ceiling mounted units.

Every cooler was manufactured with bespoke fixing centres matched to the site's existing infrastructure, significantly simplifying the installation process and reducing the time the facility needed to be offline during the changeover.

All units were supplied with HC Coils' easy-clean feature, ensuring the client could maintain the high hygiene levels required in their operating environment. The combined cooling capacity of over 800 kW ensures reliable temperature control throughout the facility.

This project demonstrates our capability to manage complex, multi-unit orders where every cooler needs to be individually specified while maintaining consistent quality and delivery timelines across the entire package.
