At HC Coils, quality doesn't stop when manufacturing is complete. Every stage of the process is carefully checked, including packaging and dispatch, to ensure our products arrive safely and in perfect condition, ready for installation. This shipment is a bespoke Air Blast Cooler, specifically engineered for a steelworks application, where it will cool an induction furnace. Designed and manufactured to meet the customer's exact performance requirements, the unit has been built to achieve the specified operating temperatures while delivering long-term reliability. From precision engineering to secure packaging for international delivery, and technical advice, we support all of our customers from start to finish. Every coil and cooler that leaves our Fareham facility carries the same commitment: a product that performs exactly as specified, delivered on time and ready to work.
